Each Saturday Exhale session includes an opportunity to learn one Human Garage Fascial Maneuver that you can take with you into your daily life.
These simple yet powerful practices are designed to help release tension, improve mobility, support fascia health, and encourage your body's natural ability to regulate and heal.
Over time, you'll build a personal toolkit of easy-to-use movements that can help you feel more connected, resilient, and at ease in your body throughout the week.
Participation in the movement practice is always optional, but highly encouraged for those looking to deepen and extend the benefits of their breathwork experience.
