This is a 4 month somatic journey which includes: weekly Full Experience sessions with an in depth elemental focus and business hour text support; Breathwork Full Journey class (option of 2 private sessions or 1 group session where you can invite up to 3 friends) and up to 20 minutes of additional phone support each week. Then you may have your choice of a custom detox protocol* or distance healing.**

Our 3 session program is reduced in cost and customized for the special needs parent who is struggling with the emotional load of caring for a special needs child. This includes three full experience sessions and unlimited text support for 7 days after each session.

Stand Alone Services
Single Full Experience Session: 1-3 hour customized experience which may include metapsychology coaching, breathwork, fascia movements, pelvic steaming, energy work and detox footbaths. Includes 7 days of text support. This can be done in zoom or locally.
