There are moments in our lives that deserve to be witnessed.
For more than 30 years, I have participated in, created, facilitated, and held sacred space for many different forms of Pagan ceremony and ritual. That experience has taught me that ceremony does not need to be elaborate or bound to one particular tradition to be powerful. At its heart, sacred ceremony is about intention: creating a moment outside of ordinary life in which we can honor what has been, acknowledge what is changing, and consciously step toward what comes next.
I have a particular love for rites of passage—the thresholds in our lives when we are no longer quite who we were, but have not yet fully become who we are becoming. Births and beginnings, coming of age, handfastings and commitments, pregnancy and parenthood, separation and divorce, menopause and eldering, grief and remembrance, endings, new beginnings, reclamation, and personal transformation can all be honored through ceremony.
Together, we can create a ritual that reflects you rather than trying to fit your experience into someone else's spiritual template. Your ceremony might incorporate the elements, the directions, candles, herbs, water, fire, drumming, meditation, spoken intention, ancestral honoring, cord work, release, blessing, or other meaningful symbols and practices. It may be deeply Pagan, gently earth-centered, spiritually eclectic, or designed simply around the symbolism that holds meaning for you.
Ceremony can be created for an individual, couple, family, or community. I can help you design a ritual that you facilitate yourself, work with you to create and facilitate it together, or hold and guide the ceremony for you so that you can be fully present inside the experience rather than worrying about what comes next.
Not every transformation needs a ceremony—but some moments ask for one.
Sometimes we need to say: This mattered. This is ending. This is beginning. I am different now. Let it be witnessed.
